What Are The Tattoo Policies In All The Military Branches?

What are the tattoo policies in all the military branches? You know air force, army, marine corp, navy.

Good question. The navy has a different policy than other branches because …well we are the navy. No drug related, racist, sexually explicit, gang related or otherwise offensive tattoos (pretty standard in all branches) now the different part, tattoos visable in uniform (forearms) can not be bigger than the size of your hand closed with fingers extended (picture a karate chop) unless they’re there when you join. Pretty cool right? Even cooler there is no limit on the amount of visable tattoos. So if you wanted to tattoo sleeves made up of a bunch of tattoos they count as individual tattoos not a sleeve. Hope this helps
